Returns & Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
All issues must be reported on the same day of delivery.
Exchanges for damaged items will be delivered free of charge within Dubai.
Items delivered correctly and in good condition, including all flowers and perishable items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing or dispatch.
Once an order has been processed or delivered, cancellations are not permitted.
