Delivery Process

Floral Lane Dubai carefully prepares all orders to ensure freshness and quality. Deliveries are made using our own vehicles to guarantee safe and timely arrival.

Delivery Hours

Deliveries are available from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM, 7 days a week

Delivery Options and Fees

Instant Delivery is guaranteed within 2 hours for a fee of AED 50

Local Delivery is completed within 3–5 hours for a fee of AED 30

Scheduled Delivery allows customers to choose the date and time for delivery

Pickup Options

Same-Day Pickup is available with orders prepared within 1 hour

Customers can also schedule a pickup at a convenient date and time

Order Changes

For changes to addresses, contact details, or card messages, contact us at +971 56 445 4911 or email florallaneuae@gmail.com at least 1 hour before delivery or pickup

If Recipient is Unavailable

The delivery team will contact both the recipient and sender

If delivery cannot be completed, the order will return to our shop and additional delivery can be arranged for AED 25

Customers may also authorize leaving flowers unattended or with a neighbor by informing us during order confirmation

Delivery Confirmation

After delivery, a confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp and email if provided

International Delivery

Currently, Floral Lane Dubai delivers only within Dubai. International shipping is not available
